Murgh Lasooni Recipe - Garlic chicken curry

- 300 gm chicken boneless, cut in 1-inch pieces;
- 2 tbsp crushed garlic;
- ½ cup yogurt;
- 2 tbsp fresh cream;
- 2 tbsp lime juice;
- 1 tsp cumin seed;
- 1 tsp red chilli powder;
- 1 tsp garam masala;
- ½ cup water;
- salt to taste;
- oil.
- Into a large bowl mix chicken with yogurt, garlic, lime juice, salt, red chiclli powder and garam masala. Let it marinate for 5-10 hours.
- Heat some oil into a deep pan. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle (30 seconds).
- Add marinated chicken and stir fry for 10-15 mins, on medium flame.
- Add some water, reduce the flame and cover the pan. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add fresh cream and serve warm with boiled rice or your favorite bread.
