Indian spicy sauteed okra and green peppers recipe

What you need
25-30 okra;
1 tsp cumin seeds;
1 big onion, chopped;
2 big green peppers;
2-3 garlic cloves, crushed;
¼ tsp turmeric powder;
½ tsp cumin powder;
1 tsp coriander powder;
¼ tsp red chilli powder;
1 tbsp lemon juice;
1 tsp garam masala;
fresh coriander leaves, chopped;
salt;
oil.
Method
Chop onions, okra and green pepper into big pieces and keep aside.
Heat oil in a non stick pan and add cumin seeds. Once they start crackle, add chopped onions, crushed garlic and green pepper. Let it fry for about 4 minutes, on medium flame.
Add okra, mix well and let it cook for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Now add all spices except garam masala, stir fry for another 5 minutes or until okra gets tender.
Add salt and lemon juice, sprinkle garam masala stir fry for 3 minutes more.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
